Barista Trainee – Bella Caffe’ at North Florida Regional Medical Center

Seeking: Responsible person, with flexible availability and a smile.

Learn to: operate modern espresso and other coffee equipment.
Train to: impress customers with correctly extracted espresso and pouring latte art.
Learn to make guests out of (sometimes) stressed hospital visitors and staff.
Schedule: Make your own schedule, up to 6 shifts/week.
Training: Included, paid, and comprehensive.
Pay: After training, you’ll be among the best-compensated Baristas in town.
Required: Scheduling flexibility. During training, afternoons and weekends are key. After training is completed, mornings will be expected.
Required: Dependable transportation (e.g. car, bicycle, walk).
Preferred: Verifiable food service experience.
Required: A regular coffee drinker
Helpful: Familiarity with specialty coffee menus.

COME IN (required to apply) during the following hours and fill out a 1-page, paper application. Mon-Fri 6am-5pm, Sa/Su 8am-4pm. Main or Women’s Center (either) entrance both have applications for you to pick up and fill out. Then, walk it to the coffee bar and hand it to the Bella Caffe’ barista, who will treat it discreetly and confidentially.
