Full Job Description

We’re looking for spa coordinators to manage our reception area and daily cleaning agenda. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will be cross trained as both a receptionist and cleaner. To be successful in this role, a pleasant and professional personality is a must, as this is a customer service role. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential.


  • Greet & welcome guests upon arrival
  • Answer phone calls; book & confirm appts
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, fill all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Update calendar & schedules
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying
  • Serving guests drinks (water, soda, wine, beer)


  • Laundry
  • Dusting & deep cleaning
  • Sweeping & mopping
  • Bathrooms & trash

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.50 – $15.00 per hour
