Front Desk Receptionist – Wildflower Therapy

Responsibilities:

• Ability to multi-task
• Greeting patients and answering the phone
• Communication with physician offices and requests for prior authorization/online referrals
• Check-in and out/collection payments
• Faxes
• Customer service skills
• Billing, CPT codes knowledge
• Office clean up: we are a pediatric feeding clinic there are dishes, utensils, tools that are sanitized and cleaned daily, high touch areas sanitized
• Ability to change paper towels, toilet paper rolls, printer paper issues, multi task, therapy aide to help clinicians when guided and needed
• Change diaper genie, take out trash, run the vacuum, keep a clean work space, work well with others, busy body up and down throughout the afternoon

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 – $13.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gainesville, FL 32607: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
